Terms and conditions of the Nutify online store

§1 General provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the use of the Nutify online store available at www.nutify.pl.
2. The owner of the store is the company “PCION” JACEK PCION, running a sole proprietorship at the address: ul. Księcia Andrzeja Sanguszki 1/14, 22-200 Włodawa,
3. NIP: 5651521122.
4. REGON: 061369166

§2 Products and offer

1. Nutify’s online store offers sales of pistachio and hazelnut pastes, produced directly by the store’s owner.
2. All products offered are brand new.

§3 Order processing

1. Orders can be placed through the website www.nutify.pl 24 hours a day, all year round.
2. Orders are processed within a maximum of 72 hours on business days after payment confirmation.
3. Orders are shipped exclusively via InPost courier.
4. Delivery time is 3 to 4 business days from the time of shipment.

§4 Payments

1. Customers can choose from the following payment methods:
   • Online payment via the Przelewy24 gateway,
   • Traditional transfer to the bank account indicated in the order confirmation message.
2. All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and Euro (EUR) and include VAT.

§5 Complaints and returns

1. The customer has the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of receipt of shipment, provided that the products have not been opened and remain intact.
2. Complaints should be submitted by enclosing a return form and returning the products to the address: Nutify, J. Piłsudskiego Avenue 58, 22-200 Włodawa.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.

§6 Data protection

1. The rules for processing customers’ personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the store’s website.

§7 Final provisions

1. The Nutify store sells to both consumers and businesses.
2. The store’s offer is addressed to customers from Poland and abroad.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Law on Consumer Rights and other applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
4. The owner of the store reserves the right to change these regulations, which will be announced to customers on the store’s website.

Terms and conditions are effective as of the date of publication on the Nutify online store.
